Services

We build machines, and we help you choose the ones you buy.

Robotics design and development, mechanical design and rapid prototyping, unbiased selection of software and robotics vendors, and end-to-end WMS implementation. Everything here is work we do on our own product first.

01

Robotics

Robotics design & development

We work as your robotics design partner, taking a machine from concept and architecture through to something that runs on a real floor. Autonomous navigation and localization, sensor integration across LiDAR and camera vision, perception models trained for your environment and deployed to edge compute, motion and safety behavior, and the software that ties all of it together.

We built our own autonomous mobile robot end to end — chassis selection through to the inference running on it. That is a materially different qualification from having specified one.

02

Mechanical

Mechanical design & rapid prototyping

CAD design, design for additive manufacture, and functional prototypes you can put on a machine rather than photograph. Mounts, enclosures, masts, brackets, fixtures and sensor housings — designed, printed, tested and revised against how the part behaves in service instead of how it looked in the model.

Short iteration loops are the point. We would rather print three revisions in a week than argue about tolerances for a month.

03

Advisory

Software & robotics selection, RFP management

Automation vendors are very good at demos. We act as your unbiased strategic partner across both software and robotics — defining clear requirements, running the entire Request for Proposal process, and reading the specifications the way someone who has built an autonomous machine reads them.

That means telling you which claims are load-bearing and which are marketing: what a duty cycle really means for your shift pattern, what a stated accuracy figure was measured under, and what infrastructure a vendor has quietly assumed you will pay for. We hold no reseller agreements and take no referral fees.

04

Implementation

WMS implementation — design, configure, test, deploy

We take the risk out of launching new software. From the initial operational blueprint to the final go-live, we manage the full lifecycle of your Warehouse Management System implementation — configuration, rigorous testing and on-floor deployment — so the system is stable, usable and optimized from day one.

Sixteen years of tier-1 WMS implementations sit behind this, across more than fifteen distribution operators.

Engagement shape

Scoped to the bottleneck.

We would rather deliver one service that removes a real constraint than a program that bills for a year before anything changes on the floor.

Start with a read, not a proposal

The first conversation is diagnostic. We want to understand the operation — the aisle count, the equipment mix, the system of record, and where the hours actually go — before anyone talks about scope or price.

Put something physical in front of you early

Modern tooling compresses the repetitive part of both engineering disciplines — code you no longer hand-write, parts you no longer wait weeks to have machined. We spend that saved time getting a working prototype in front of you sooner, so requirements get corrected against reality instead of against a document.

Describe your bottleneck

Next step

Tell us what is not working.

A short description of the problem is enough to start. We will tell you honestly whether it is a service engagement, a platform, or something you should not be paying anyone to build.
